MMFN Administration Building

Root Interiors refreshed several key areas within the Mowachaht Muchalaht First Nation Administration Building, elevating the overall experience for staff, visitors, and community members. The CEO’s office and adjacent lounge were reshaped to support concentrated work and private meetings with a calm, executive character. The East Wing Lounge now offers a relaxed setting for staff breaks and a comfortable waiting area for community members seeing visiting medical practitioners. In the Lands Management department, strategic space planning and demountable partitions introduced private offices while maintaining an efficient, open meeting space for field staff. A neutral palette, wood-like finishes, and consistent detailing tie the spaces together and reflect the Nation’s identity.
